This is ideal for those who want a detailed theme designed celebration without the full-service assistance planning. Beginning early in the planning process, Heather will go over your event’s full design, theme and every visual detail from colors and floral design and venue layout .

Heather manages vendor communication & logistics. Her goal is to  bring your vision to life. The result is a beautifully themed design tailored to your original preferences.

PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE: 

Partial Planning service is ideal for couples who have laid the basic main services for their event but want support and professional guidance to bring everything together.

 Three months prior to your celebration, Heather manage vendor communication,plans and oversee timeline and details. We handle the logistics, confirm every moving part, and provide expert direction so your day feels cohesive, organized, and beautifully executed. With our experienced team by your side, you’ll enjoy 

FULL PLANNING PACKAGE

 Full-Service Planning coordinator package is designed for the individual who wants full planning support from start to finish. 

This include  everything

vision and design,  help creating  and manage vendor bookings, logistics, full theme and design.
